Dog Crate Sizing Guide
Finding the ideal sized crate for your dog will allow him to feel safe, secure, and comfortable but because all dogs are different and sizes vary within each breed, deciding on the right crate size can be difficult. Here, we will show you how to measure your pup to ensure you choose the right size for your dog.
How to Measure Your Dog
It is important that your dog be able to stand up, sit down, and move around comfortably in their crate. Follow the guide below when measuring your adult pup to make sure their dog crate is sized appropriately.
Dog Crate Height
Measure your dog from head to ground. Add at least 25% to this measurement to determine the optimum dog crate height.
Head to Ground + (Head to Ground x .25) = Crate Height
Example: If the dog’s height is 22 inches, then the total dog crate height should be approximately 27.5 to 33 inches.
Dog Crate Length
Measure your dog from nose to flank – do not include the tail in the overall measurement. Add 25% to this measurement to determine the best length of dog crate.
Head to Flank + (Nose to Flank x .25) = Crate Length
Example: If your dog’s nose-to-tail measurement is 25 inches, the dog crate needs to be at least 31.25 inches long and wide.
Buying Tip:
Remember, puppies grow up fast! It’s better to size up rather than down when it comes to selecting dog crates. Choose the crate recommended for your dog’s breed when full grown.

Return policies: Brand new items may be returned up to 30 days from receipt. Customer covers return shipping. Brand new includes all packaging, tags, etc in perfect condition. Items which are not brand new may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).Please contact us for return RMA and return address.  Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition for a return and all returns are inspected before any credit would be given. Customer should use a trackable, insured return service.
If item is damaged or lost in transit to us, customer would need to file a claim with their return carrier and we would not be able to process the return.
For any return requests involving variations in the color, shade, approximate dimensions, included accessories, or features listed in the description, normal return policies apply.

Clothing must be in new/ unwashed condition with all original tags attached to qualify for a return.
All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be received back within 30 days of purchase and must be new/un-used in original manufacturer factory carton, including any packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and any accessories that were in the shipment to qualify for return. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton unless directed to do so.

We ship fast, usually in 1-2 business days, with delivery expected 2-5 days later. Messages will be sent automatically with shipping updates.
All items ship to the address provided in checkout. Please submit an order cancellation request if you need the item shipped to a different address. We may require Signature on any orders.
Please inspect your package and merchandise as soon as possible to report any shipping damage or other concerns. Please save all packaging and materials until you are sure there is no damage and you will not be returning the item. If you need to return, we don't provide replacement packaging.
If a package is returned to us for invalid address, failed delivery attempt, recipient unavailable to sign when signature is required, return to sender, or any other reason beyond our control, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hrs of delivery. Please do not delay reporting to us shipping/carrier damage as carriers have time limits for claims. We may send replacement parts if only certain parts are affected by damage or defect. We will work with you to correct any problems.
We only ship to the 48 continental United States.
Also, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
