Return policy (carefully read):
If you are unhappy with the product or you change your mind, the product must be returned to us at your cost, unopened and via a tracked method of delivery.
You are fully responsible for the returned items, their status and shape.
Opened returns will only be accepted for damaged/faulty items.
If you open the item and change your mind you will be charged a 35% restocking fee, plus the shipping costs incurred by us, due to the item is to be returned to the market place as used.

Please note - All returns are tested before any refund is given for an item claimed as damaged/faulty. We are an IT company with over 20 years experience in the IT industry, you will be provided with evidence to show the device is faulty or not, and this will affect your refund should an item be found to be not faulty.
Note: we are not liable for any loss of data due to the malfunction of the NAS. If data is important please make sure you back up your data at all times and preferably to two different locations.
Any employee or sub contractor will not be held liable for any data loss. Data protection is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we assume no blame or liability for any loss.
